1. Cancellation Conditions
You can submit a cancellation request under the following general conditions:
the request must be submitted within 72 hours of payment completion;
the order must not yet be processed or shipped;
at the time of the request, useful verification elements must be provided, such as the order number, proof of payment, and a brief reason for cancellation.
Requests that meet these criteria will be verified, and the outcome will be communicated via email.
2. Cases Not Applicable to Cancellation
Order cancellation is not applicable in the following cases:
the order has already been shipped or entrusted to the carrier;
the inability to deliver is due to incorrect address or essential incorrect information.
If the order has been shipped, it remains possible to exercise the rights provided by the Refund, Return, and Replacement Policy, within the limits permitted by applicable law.
3. How to Submit a Request
The cancellation request can be submitted through the support channels, providing the necessary information for order identification.
The information transmitted is used exclusively for managing the request.
4. Verification and Refund Management
After receiving the complete request, the verification procedure is initiated, and the outcome is communicated via email.
The refund, if applicable, only covers unshipped orders or, in specific cases, returned orders.
Refund characteristics:
the amount is managed through the same payment method used for the order (e.g., Visa or MasterCard);
refund processing occurs within 1-3 business days of cancellation confirmation;
the credit to the account is usually visible within 3-7 business days of processing, depending on the banking institution's timings;
if the credit is not visible within 15 days, you can contact support for verification.

Personal data provided in the context of order cancellation is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR:
data is used exclusively for managing the request;
it is possible to exercise the rights of access, rectification, or erasure within the limits provided by law;
